How Sessions Work

Start with a free 15-minute discovery call to talk through your goals, challenges, and what you’d like support with.

Then book a 45–60 minute telehealth appointment where we’ll work through your current concerns, explore practical strategies, and create a plan tailored to your needs.

Follow-up sessions are available to review progress, troubleshoot challenges, and adjust your plan so it keeps working in everyday life.
